1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Neon TCG ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

2. Service

Neon TCG is an iOS application for the Cyberpunk Trading Card Game. The App allows you to access a database of Cyberpunk TCG cards and sets, manage your personal collection, build decks, and create custom collections.

Users can create a Neon TCG account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. An account allows you to sync your collection data across devices via our cloud services.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

4. User Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
  • Use the App to transmit malware or viruses
  • Transfer your account or App access rights to another person
  • Sell, sub-license, distribute, or commercially exploit the content of the App
  • Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

5. Intellectual Property and Disclaimer

5.1 App Ownership

The App, including all original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Neon TCG and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Intellectual Property Disclaimer

Neon TCG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with CD PROJEKT RED, CD PROJEKT S.A., Weird Co., CMON, or any of their subsidiaries or licensors.

CD PROJEKT, Cyberpunk, CYBERPUNK 2077 and the CYBERPUNK 2077 logo are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of CD PROJEKT S.A. in the US and/or other countries. Cyberpunk TCG is produced by Weird Co. and licensed by CD PROJEKT RED.

Neon TCG is an independent application designed as a companion tool for Cyberpunk TCG players and collectors, operating under fair use principles.

All Cyberpunk TCG-related content displayed in the App is owned by their respective rights holders. We do not claim any ownership rights to any trading card game intellectual property.

5.3 Fair Use Statement

This App is intended for personal, non-commercial use by TCG enthusiasts. Any TCG-related content accessible through the App is displayed for informational and reference purposes only.

5.4 User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Use TCG-related content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any TCG-related content accessed through the App
  • Respect all intellectual property rights related to Cyberpunk TCG

6. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to provide the most up-to-date database possible, however Neon TCG cannot guarantee that information in the App is always fully accurate, complete, or current. The information contained in the App is provided for general information purposes only.

7. User Accounts

If the App provides account functionality, you:

  • Are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • Must provide accurate and complete information
  • Are solely responsible for all activities under your account

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the App's Settings. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. You may also request account deletion by contacting us at neontcgsupport@gmail.com.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the App without notice, update these Terms at any time, and change App functionality or features. When we change these Terms in a significant way, we will notify users via the App. Your continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms, conduct we believe violates applicable laws, or any other reason we deem necessary.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. All disputes resulting from or arising in connection with these Terms shall be exclusively submitted to the competent courts of Spain.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary while preserving the remaining provisions.
